The salary range for this position is CAD $54.16/Hr. - CAD $77.86/Hr.
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) for the Post-Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU) at Providence Health Care!
In this role, you will provide expert clinical leadership and support for both routine and complex post-operative patients, including those in the Surgical High Acuity Unit (HAU). As part of the surgical clinical leadership team, you will play a key role in the transition to the Anesthetic Care Unit at the New St. Paul's Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to surgical patient care excellence in a collaborative environment. This role offers the chance to influence and develop best practices in perioperative and post-operative care.
While this position is based at St. Paul's Hospital, there will be occasional visits to Mount St. Joseph Hospital as well.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, PACU, you will be a clinical expert, educator, and leader within the multidisciplinary team. You will work closely with Clinical Group/Service Leaders, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to enhance nursing practice and improve patient outcomes in both your area of specialty and across broader nursing initiatives throughout Providence Health Care.
Your expertise will play a vital role in advancing clinical care and ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care.
