Zohorecruit is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Ontario for a network of facilities. The CNS will serve as an expert clinician, educator, and consultant within a nursing specialty, guiding patient care through evidence-based strategies.

The role emphasizes advanced nursing care, care plan development, staff education, and ongoing quality improvement across multiple sites. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this position.

Competenze

  • Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) with a clinical specialty.
  • Valid RN license and CNS certification.
  • Previous experience in a clinical nursing role with a CNS focus preferred.
  • Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), you willserve as an expert clinician, educator, and consultant within a specializedarea of nursing practice. Your role is essential in enhancing patient care,guiding nursing practices, and improving healthcare outcomes throughevidence-based strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced nursing care and expertise in yourspecialty area, assessing and diagnosing patient conditions.

Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on a clinicalspecialty.
  • Valid state RN license and certification as a Clinical NurseSpecialist (CNS).
  • Previous experience in a clinical nursing role, with a focus on thespecialty area preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communicationskills.
