As the Clinical Educator & Practice Lead, you’ll play a key role in advancing clinical excellence, supporting team development, and leading quality initiatives that align with Baptist Housing’s mission and values. You’ll support quality and education initiatives for long-term care for four days a week and in assisted living for one day a week.
About The Role
As the Clinical Educator & Practice Lead, you are a champion of quality care, education, and best practice. You will provide expert clinical consultation, deliver and evaluate educational programming, and support quality improvement strategies across the organization. With a strong foundation in adult education and gerontological care, you will guide team members in developing their clinical skills while ensuring that our practices meet provincial, legislative, and accreditation standards. You foster a culture of safety and learning and are committed to servant leadership in everything you do.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, featuring an annual salary range between $101,000 to $117,000. Your comprehensive benefits include employer-paid extended health and dental coverage, along with a generous four weeks of vacation. Additionally, we provide RRSP matching contributions and support for your ongoing professional development.
