Clinical and Non Clinical NHS 111 Pathways Trainer – White City, West London W10

Dream Medical is currently working with a private organisation that is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its organisation and is recruiting for the post of 111 Trainer.

Your job as a 111 Trainer will be to facilitate the development of NHS 111 Training, including the development of staff, both clinical and non-clinical, improving skills and competencies to develop individuals, teams, and organisational performance in line with organisational objectives. You will contribute to the development of a skilled 111 workforce and facilitate a range of education, training, and learning opportunities.

You will support the 111 Lead Trainer in ensuring our client meets obligations around training and CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) required to remain compliant with the NHS Pathways License.

We are looking for the ideal candidate who is self-motivated, takes initiative, is mature with a professional approach to work, and has excellent communication skills.

You will currently have:

  1. 111 Pathways Licence
  2. Accredited 111 Training course module
  3. Minimum 6 months call handling experience using NHS Pathways
  4. 3 months of passed call audits

Competitive Salary is dependent on experience and negotiable. Interviews are flexible on your availability and can be facilitated at short notice.
