About Our Opportunity:
Working within the mission, vision, values and person-centered philosophy of the Agency, the Care Centre Manager provides overall leadership, coordination, and management (service standards, quality control, PQI) with respect to FSEAP intake/ Care Centre team and operations, and work/life services provided to FSEAP's customer organizations and their employees and eligible family members. The role ensures that these services are delivered with the highest standards of service quality, effectiveness, and efficiency. It actively supports the Agency’s awareness and goals around diversity and inclusion.
*Pro-rated for part-time staff
Work Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday). This is a term position maternity leave coverage, with approximate dates from Aug 2025 to May 2026
Location: East Broadway Office, with the possibility of working Hybrid environment (in office, with the community, and home)

As a social enterprise of Family Services of Greater Vancouver (FSGV), FSEAP is a fee-generating business, with all of its profits going to support the larger work of FSGV and the Greater Vancouver community.
