The Clinical Manager oversees nursing and technologist practice and operations in the assigned units 24/7. Responsibilities include managing supply chain, budget, clinical practice, staff recruitment and retention, labor relations, education, employee performance evaluation, quality improvement, and compliance with regulatory and survey requirements. The Clinical Manager collaborates with healthcare professionals to support patient care and works closely with clinical directors, physicians, and staff to ensure high standards of patient care and responsiveness to patient and family needs. As the nursing leader, the Clinical Manager fosters team development and change management to improve clinical, operational, and financial performance. They are responsible for developing and achieving the unit's goals.
Interventional and Operating Room: Current fire and safety certification within 90 days of hire.
$91.36 - $137.04 USD per hour
