A Canadian governmental agency in Ottawa is seeking a qualified psychologist to conduct psychological assessments and write reports on potential hires and current employees. The ideal candidate holds a master's or doctoral degree in psychology and has significant experience in testing and assessment. This role offers flexible work arrangements and requires security clearance.

You will perform psychological assessments on potential hires and current employees by administering and interpreting standardized psychological tests and conducting psychological interviews. You will write psychological assessment reports to determine suitability and organizational fit, to establish psychological readiness and / or to provide advice and recommendations.

The majority of our jobs are in Ottawa, Ontario. CSE has two accessible facilities . Flexible work arrangements, including telework for a portion of the work week, may be possible.
