A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Clinical Fellow at ST level for a 4.5-month position at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. This role offers the chance to work in various medical departments while receiving support from an enthusiastic team of consultants. We have a Clinical Fellow post available at ST level, to commence as soon as possible for a duration of 4.5 months, with an immediate start preferred.
The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (QEUH) is a large teaching hospital offering a wide range of secondary acute care services. The hospital has a strong academic and research base and an excellent teaching reputation, with close links to the university.
You will join a large team of junior doctors in the stroke medicine department. These posts are not approved for training by NES, but the department has an enthusiastic team of consultants and an education faculty to support your development. All successful candidates will be assigned an educational supervisor and may apply for funding to access an e-portfolio for recording clinical experience and skills gained during the post.
Applicants must hold GMC full registration and a Licence to Practice. There may be opportunities to work in departments such as General Medicine, Neurology, or Medicine for the Elderly, depending on your interests.

Applicants without UK foundation training within 3.5 years of the start date will need to submit a Certificate of Readiness to Enter Specialty Training (CREST), completed by a qualified consultant.
