Reporting to the Manager of Seniors, the Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous quality improvement of program components. The CEP performs evaluations, prescribes conditioning exercise, provides exercise monitoring, coaching, healthy lifestyle education, and outcome evaluation for medically stable individuals with medical conditions, functional limitations or disabilities. Interventions aim to optimize healthy lifestyle choices, promote health, and prevent and manage chronic disease. This specific opportunity involves working in a collaborative multidisciplinary Seniors Care Team with a geriatric population to deliver services in the clients home and community setting.

Hours$34.80 - $43.30 Hourly
