About The Role
In your role as the Clinical Educator/Practice Lead at Baptist Housing, you are instrumental in driving clinical education and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services. You meticulously review quality-focused data, identifying areas for improvement, and spearhead the development and implementation of education and quality improvement plans. Your expertise ensures compliance with professional, legal industry standards and organizational requirements. You provide leadership in the clinical practice setting while supporting staff in coaching and skills updates. You will serve our Sun Pointe, Mill Creek, and Smith Creek Village communities.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, featuring an annual salary range of $101,000 to $117,000 per year. Your comprehensive benefits include employer-paid extended health and dental coverage, along with generous vacation time. Additionally, we provide RRSP matching contributions and support for your ongoing professional development.
