• Minimum 2 – 3 years of MLA/LPT phlebotomy experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience conducting phlebotomy and specimen handling training.
• Completed Train the Trainer Program in MyDevelopment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide training for the Skills Development Fund Program.
• Conduct training and competency assessments.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and security policies.
