POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Director provides clinical support for our clients - US employers and Brokers - using our Insights and Marketplace platforms. As a Clinical Advisor, you support the Account Team through the RFP process, facilitate the onboarding of new benefit plans, conduct clinical reviews, nurture client relationships as a trusted advisor and develop innovative strategies to meet client-specific needs. Additionally, the Clinical Director will assist sales activities, assist marketing in developing clinical pharmacy subject matter content and have the opportunity to attend and present at regional and national conferences and meetings. The Clinical Director serves as a team lead for all Clinical Advisors.

QUALIFICATIONS
Compensation: USD $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
