Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and approved dietetic internship.
Current registration in BC professional health authority.
Valid driver's license and vehicle access as needed.
Responsibilities
Assess patient/client's nutritional needs and develop care plans.
Implement nutritional interventions based on medical referrals.
Evaluate the effectiveness of nutritional interventions.
Contribute to educational programs and resources.
Support quality initiatives and clinical practice guidelines.
Skills
Knowledge of current dietetic practice
Ability to develop effective patient care plans
Effective verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently and in a team
Education
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nutrition
Successful completion of a dietetic internship
Current registration in College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
