• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust plans as necessary.
• Provide education and resources to patients and health professionals.
• Participate in improving clinical practice guidelines.
• Act as a liaison between nutrition services and patient care.
• Collaborate on departmental research projects.
• Maintain statistics and documentation for clinical practice.
• Perform additional related duties as needed.
