A health authority in Canada is looking for a Clinical Dietitian to work in an acute care environment. Responsibilities include supporting patient-focused care by integrating nutrition management and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary health care team. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor degree in Food and Nutrition and have current licensure as a Dietitian.

Working in an acute care environment and as a member of the multidisciplinary health care team, the Clinical Dietitian is responsible for supporting patient focused care by integrating, translating, coordinating, promoting and applying food and clinical nutrition management in accordance with established policies and procedures, professional regulations and Standards of Practice.
Bachelor degree with major credits in Food and Nutrition from a Dietitians of Canada accredited university program, and completion of a Dietitians of Canada accredited clinical/general dietetic internship. Current licensure in a practicing category with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC as a Dietitian. Eligible for membership in the Dietitians of Canada. Experience as a practicing Dietitian preferred.
