GTR Worldwide is a Canadian immigration, recruitment, and settlement company with multiple branches; we provide services to relocate clients to Canada. We are seeking licensed counsellors to deliver assessment, counselling, and risk management across individual, couples, families, and groups.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in counselling, psychology, social work, or related therapeutic discipline.
• Minimum of two years' clinical counselling experience in health or community settings.
• Eligible for provincial regulatory body registration where applicable.
• Training in evidence-based approaches (CBT, trauma-informed, or family therapy).
• Current vulnerable sector/criminal record check.
• Proficient in electronic client records and clear written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial and clinical assessments to identify needs, strengths, and risks.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities.
• Provide individual, couple, family, and group counselling sessions.
• Perform crisis intervention and risk management with safety planning.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in line with standards and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and agencies to coordinate referrals.
