The Opportunity

The Clinical Coordinator provides clinical quality support, guidance, and education to nursing staff, residents, and their families to meet residents' continuing care needs.

What Is In It For You
  • Promotes Resident Centered Care to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Supports nursing staff through clinical education and training in areas such as palliative care, pain management, and abuse prevention.
  • Monitors nursing activities to ensure care standards are met according to policies and procedures.
  • Addresses resident or family concerns, escalating as needed.
What You Will Need
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care is preferred.
  • Experience working with seniors.
  • Clinical education experience.
  • Post-secondary education in an accredited nursing program and current nursing registration in Ontario.
