We serve more than 96,000 residents in over 1,600 seniors and other communities (long-term care homes, assisted living facilities, independent living, and group homes). We are a national organization with a large network of pharmacy fulfillment centres that allows us to deliver medications in a timely and cost-effective manner. We take an active role in working with our home operator partners to promote resident health, staff education, and medication system quality and efficiency.
Position Summary :
The Clinical Consultant Pharmacist (CCP) is responsible to draw from geriatric-focused clinical practice guidelines and collaborate inside multidisciplinary teams to deliver clinical recommendations and process-guidance for a portfolio of residential care, assisted living, and independent living homes to optimize for resident outcomes, safety, and regulatory compliance. This is a Full-Time position with flexibility and opportunity to work-from-home and on-site from the care homes. Training is provided.
The CCP works in partnership with the clinical team, operations, home partners, and other departments in the CareRx organization. The CCP is responsible for completing clinical pharmacy activities in alignment with the Residential Care Regulations, Community Care & Assisted Living Act, site policies, and internal CareRx policies. #INDHP
COMPENSATION : $52.50 to $57.50 per hour (Paid as a semi monthly salary with a 5 day work week)
Actual pay rate will be based on the individual candidate’s credentials and experience for the role with CareRx.
