Job summary

Southern Health-Santé Sud in Manitoba seeks a health services leader to oversee regional operations at Boundary Trails Health Centre area. The role blends leadership with collaboration across urban, rural and Indigenous communities.

Qualifications

Position Overview

Experience

• 2 years of progressive experience involving health services leadership is an asset.
• 7 years of experience providing health services to urban, rural and/or remote populations across one or more areas of clinical health care.
• Experience leading and coordinating systemic improvements with health services.
• Experience in change management and project management.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

• Post secondary degree in a field such as Health Sciences or Health Administration from an accredited education institute.
• A postgraduate degree is an asset.
• Certificate in quality management and/or patient safety from an accredited institution or equivalent is an asset.

Certification/Licensure/Registration

• Active member in good standing of an associated regulatory body as appropriate.
