Job summary

VitalAire Canada Inc. is seeking a Clinical Assistant at our Burlington, ON location to support nurses and respiratory therapists with patient care and follow-up.

The role also includes scheduling, records management, and CPAP/home oxygen program administration. The successful candidate will have a medical office background and strong data-entry skills, with experience in MS Office, ERP, and Google systems.

Qualifications

• College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or a medical background preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP and Google systems with strong data entry skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in general office practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist Nurses and Respiratory Therapists with patient assessments, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Schedule appointments, manage clinical calendars, and coordinate referrals.
• Prepare and organize patient electronic charts, medical records, and clinical documentation.
• Provide administrative support for CPAP and Home Oxygen therapy programs.
