WELL Health Clinic Network Inc. 2 is seeking a part-time Clinical Assistant to support physicians in patient care and clinic administration in Oakville, Ontario. This role involves preparing exam rooms, taking vitals, handling specimens, and assisting with injections under physician supervision.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a medical clinic, proficiency with EMR systems, and strong communication and organizational skills. A Medical Office Assistant certification is preferred.

The Clinic Assistant (CA) is a qualified individual charged with the responsibility of clinical and administrative duties under the supervision of a physician and direction of the physician and/or Clinic Manager to assist in patient care and administration.
The salary for this position falls within a defined range and will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the needs of the organization.
