Your Tasks at a Glance
  • Assist during pre-op exams and accurately fill patient charts.
  • Answer patient questions and provide excellent service.
  • Work closely with optometrists.
  • Conduct pre-operative and post-operative tests.
  • Update the appointment system after each consultation.
  • Confirm post-operative appointments by phone.
Your Assets
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to connect easily with others and build trust.
  • Comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365; knowledge of EMR systems is a plus.
  • Interest in the medical field and passion for customer service.
  • Previous healthcare experience (e.g., optometry assistant, orderly, dental assistant, etc.) is an asset.
  • Flexible schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (8:00 am–4:30 pm); Tuesdays (9:00 am–5:30 pm); Thursdays (7:00 am–3:30 pm).
