Homewood Ravensview is a private 75-bed mental health, trauma, and addiction facility offering evidence-based, medically-led inpatient services for various populations including first responders, military, veterans, and professionals. Located in North Saanich on 28 acres of forested hillside, it provides a comfortable, safe environment with ocean views, spacious rooms, welcoming common areas, and a world-class team of healthcare professionals.

As a Clinical Administrator, you will support the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) with daily clinical operations, including program scheduling, client materials preparation, attendance coordination, client information management, and discharge coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Coordinate client schedules and organize program requirements
  • Ensure effective communication regarding scheduling and programming updates
  • Support clients in understanding their schedules and plans
  • Maintain client information systems from admission to discharge
  • Distribute medical records and relevant information to clinical staff for case conferences
  • Create and distribute orientation packages for new clients
  • Prepare program materials for the IDT
  • Assist with staffing and scheduling adjustments in collaboration with the Manager, Clinical Operations
  • Process discharges and update aftercare information for ongoing support
  • Provide administrative support for the IDT, including reports and correspondence
  • Monitor the main phone line and respond to inquiries
What We’re Looking For
  • Post-secondary degree in Health Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Previous administrative and healthcare experience (1-2 years preferred)
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

All staff must be vaccinated against COVID-19 as per BC Health Authorities' requirements. Homewood Ravensview offers a pay range of $21.58-$26.97/hour, reflecting various factors including experience and qualifications.
