The Team Nurse plays a vital role at PearlMD Rejuvenation, a private concierge women's health and wellness clinic operating at the leading edge of Regenerative and Longevity medicine offering the most advanced treatments, protocols and services to address health, hormones, aging, and beauty. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with Dr. Jennifer Pearlman to help our patients age powerfully joined by a team of nurses, aestheticians and support staff.

As a key part of our advanced health and longevity medical model, you will be working directly with Dr. Pearlman to provide comprehensive medical care tailored to the unique needs of each patient evaluating their genomics, epigenomics, hormones, nutrition, metabolic and immune markers. You will be involved with direct patient care, triage, assessment, testing, counselling, assisting with all procedures, and performing delegated medical and cosmetic procedures, acts and injections. You will be trained extensively on the art and science of our unique leading edge medical model and the full scope of our practice and services.

A strong clinical background is required with solid clinical skills, the ability to direct patient care and counselling, and efficiency with EMR systems. Passion and personal expressed interest in wellness, nutrition/fitness and lifestyle optimization and aesthetics demonstrates a strong interest in this field. Candidates must demonstrate excellent professional and interpersonal skills, communication both verbal and written, and customer service skills and be a strong team player.

We require a minimum of 2 years prior work experience in a professional nursing role (RN or NP or equivalent) and preferably work experience in cosmetics, sales and/or customer service roles.

Established procedural skills including venipuncture, iv therapy, subcutaneous injections and cosmetic care are notable but not required as extensive training and professional development will be provided. Professional development will be extensive and ongoing and the opportunity to work with and learn from the best in the business is unparalleled.

The work schedule can be flexible (3-5 days, with occasional evenings and Saturdays) with approximately 25-40 hours per week.
