Job Summary

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Nurse ready to make a difference in clients' lives? Join our expanding and dynamic team at our state-of-the-art Integrated Care Clinic and play a vital role in our patient-centred approach.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide attentive nursing care to patients with empathy and professionalism.
  2. Assist in patient assessments, treatments, and procedures.
  3. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring adherence to medical standards and protocols.
  4. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
  5. Offer comprehensive patient education and support for a positive healthcare experience.
Qualifications
  • Hold a valid nursing license in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body (e.g., CNO).
  • Clear Vulnerable Sector Check valid within the year.
  • TB test (Step 1 and 2).
  • Valid CPR certification within the year.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in the clinical nursing field.
  • Experience with electronic medical records and knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams); experience with Alayacare Program and TELUS CHR EMR are assets.
  • French speaking skills are an asset.
Job Details
  • Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: Starting at $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Location: In person, Sudbury
  • Operational hours: 0700-2100, including day and evening shifts, Monday to Friday, and weekends as required.
