ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  1. Leads all operations within the four-walls of the clinic.
  2. Maintains a motivated, engaged & effective team.
  3. Optimizes staff utilization.
  4. Ensures policies & procedures are followed.
  5. Owns the clinic P&L and is held accountable for Top-Line and Profitability/ EBITDA Performance.
  6. Leads and manages the patient care team and treatment providers to ensure business goals, profitability, and retention goals are met.
  7. Coaches and develops new team members to clinic standards.
  8. Ensures high level of patient care and satisfaction by continually improving service levels.
  9. Creates a KPI-driven culture with emphasis on critical performance factors like retention, answer rate, lead generation, and staff utilization.
  10. Executes effective strategy and tactics to create positive team dynamics through constant coaching, mentoring, hiring, and training.
  11. Builds and sustains a high-performance culture through attracting, developing, and retaining a highly motivated team.
  12. Creates a culture of collaboration and accountability, and places emphasis on career pathing/employee development.
  13. Evaluates employee performance; places emphasis on career pathing/employee development and makes recommendations for promotions.
  14. Works with Regional Director to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals and related plans.
  15. Reviews the results of all operations, comparing them with the company’s objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
  16. Ensures the clinic’s compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA protocols.
  17. Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

What you can offer us:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  2. Three years in a management role within the med spa, or related health care industry required.
  3. Three years of inventory and budget management.
  4. Three years of people management/leadership experience, including setting and reaching quotas.
  5. Sales-oriented (comfortable with goals and KPIs).
  6. Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area.
  7. Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.
  8. Motivational and inspirational attitude.
  9. Quick learner, who can adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
