They are expanding operations in Southern Alberta and hiring an experienced Clinic Manager for a new Medicine Hat location. In this position, you will play a crucial role in establishing and growing their presence in this region. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual with strong connections in the Medicine Hat healthcare community.

Responsibilities include:

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in the Medicine Hat area.
• Project Leadership: Lead the project to identify and secure office space, oversee the build-out process, and manage the hiring of staff.
• Territory Knowledge: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the area to effectively manage operations and drive business growth.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic, including compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Ideal candidates have established medical connections with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers in the area, and an in-depth understanding of the Medicine Hat healthcare landscape. An RRT background is an asset but not required; previous experience as a manager in the homecare field is necessary. A competitive compensation package including $100-$130K salary plus corporate profit share plan, health benefits, RRSP matching, 4 weeks vacation, and .53/km reimbursement will be offered, along with professional development and growth opportunities.
