Clinic Manager, Lethbridge

Join a leading provider of respiratory homecare services dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to clients across the province and beyond. They are expanding operations in Southern Alberta and hiring an experienced Clinic Manager based in Lethbridge for a new location. In this position, you will play a crucial role in establishing and growing their presence in this region. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual with strong connections in the healthcare community.

Responsibilities include:

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in the area.
• Project Leadership: Lead the project to identify and secure office space, oversee the build-out process, and manage the hiring of staff.
• Territory Knowledge: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the area to effectively manage operations and drive business growth.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic, including compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Ideal candidates have established medical connections with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers in the Lethbridge and Southern AB area, and an in-depth understanding of the healthcare landscape. An RRT background is an asset but not required; previous experience as a manager in the homecare field is necessary. A competitive compensation package including a $100-$130K salary plus corporate profit share plan, health benefits, RRSP matching, 4 weeks vacation, and .53/km reimbursement will be offered, along with professional development and growth opportunities.
