️ We’re looking for a driven and emotionally intelligent Clinic Manager to take ownership of our Chinatown clinic’s success. This role blends business strategy, people leadership, and operational execution to ensure the clinic thrives.

The Clinic Manager will be in-clinic five days a week, directly managing the front-of-house team while ensuring clinicians have the necessary support to thrive.

This role reports to the Regional Director, collaborating closely with the Lead Clinician and Regional Operations Manager.


What You’ll Do
  • Oversee Clinic Operations – Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, excellent client service, and alignment with company standards.
  • Support Front Desk Associates (FDAs) – Lead and coach the front desk team to deliver a seamless client experience, including managing scheduling, claims, and invoices.
  • Ensure Financial Accuracy – Oversee financial procedures, including accounts receivable reconciliation and cash sheet balancing.
  • Manage Inventory & Maintenance – Keep track of supplies and coordinate with the Regional Operations Manager for repairs and improvements.
  • Optimize Scheduling – Ensure front desk coverage and clinician support to maintain smooth clinic operations.
  • Drive Business Growth – Lead marketing and local outreach initiatives to attract new clients and increase retention.
Lead & Develop the Team:
  • Train and Mentor FDAs – Recruit, onboard, and develop the front desk team to uphold high operational and client service standards.
  • Support Clinicians – Collaborate with the Lead Clinician to ensure operational support and resource availability.
  • Create a Strong Culture – Foster a positive and collaborative team environment focused on excellence and client care.
  • Set Goals and Provide Feedback – Lead monthly meetings to align on objectives, performance, and team development.
Measure & Drive Success:
  • Achieve Business Targets – Ensure clinic meets or exceeds revenue, profit, and client retention goals.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence – Deliver high client satisfaction through efficient front-of-house operations.
  • Build a High-Performing Team – Maintain strong team performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Ensure Compliance – Oversee accurate financial reconciliations and consistent administrative processes.
  • Enable Clinician Success – Provide operational support to allow clinicians to focus on client care.
Who You Are
  • Experienced Operator – 3-5 years in office management, business operations, or a similar role. Hands-on leadership and team management experience in a service-oriented or healthcare environment.
  • Business-Minded Strategist & Executor – You see the big picture and can turn ideas into action. You drive revenue, optimize operations, and create growth opportunities. You are comfortable analyzing metrics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Strong Leader with Emotional Intelligence – You inspire and motivate the team while holding them accountable. You lead with empathy and adaptability.
  • Highly Organized & Problem-Solving Focused – You can anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions.

$65,000 - $75,000 a year
