Qualifications:

  • Previous 2 years' experience in sales or retail management (required)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a strong team of front desk sales associates
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Rally a team of caring professionals to deliver an excellent end-to-end experience to every guest
  • Build relationships with a talented team of massage therapists, estheticians, and customer service superstars to guide, support, and inspire them
  • Educate guest on wellness and self-care
  • Drive retail sales and membership sales
  • Build a high-achieving team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training and mentorship
  • Manage inventory
  • Creating a strong workplace culture
  • Model the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy
