Job summary

Medcan Health Management Inc. is seeking a Facilities Attendant to join our client-focused Facilities team in the Greater Toronto Area.

The role focuses on maintaining clean and attractive clinic premises, including lounges, locker rooms, and examination rooms, with responsibilities for housekeeping, breakfast service, and stock inventory. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and attention to detail; hotel housekeeping experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work early shifts and maintain clinic areas with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and attractive conditions of all clinic premises (locker rooms, lounges, offices, examination rooms).
• Perform housekeeping opening and closing procedures.
• Set up and manage breakfast, lunch and snacks in clinic lounges; stock and inventory for lounges.
• Assist with restrooms, linen supplies, and clinic deliveries.
• Monitor and report maintenance deficiencies; coordinate with staff to ensure service quality.
• Prepare and sterilize equipment as needed; dispose of clinic waste including hazardous waste.
• Support nurses by setting up examination rooms and facilitating daily operations.
