Aurora Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre, a proud member of the Lifemark Health Group, Canada's largest and most comprehensive healthcare network is seeking a passionate and community-focused Clinic Director.
As a Clinic Director, you are first and foremost a people leader. You are accountable for running your clinic, owning day‑to‑day execution, team leadership, patient experience, and financial results. You set the vision, culture, and standard for how care is delivered and how teams work together. Your leadership shapes both patient experience and team engagement, creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and proud of the work they do. This role blends clinical expertise with operational and people leadership. Most Clinic Directors are practicing clinicians who dedicate 5‑15 hours per week to non‑treating leadership responsibilities. In select clinics, an exceptional non‑registered leader with strong operational and people leadership experience may also be considered, supported by clinical leadership within the clinic. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop people, lead with purpose, and build a clinic that delivers meaningful, consistent care every day.
