Qualifications

• Licensed Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• 3–5 years clinical experience with 1–3 years in leadership.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage operations and KPIS.
• Excellent interpersonal, mentorship, and communication skills.
• Advanced orthopedic or manual therapy training is a plus.
• Passion for innovation and client-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, client-centred clinical assessments and treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress, ensure quality assurance, and support positive clinical outcomes.
• Lead and manage clinic operations, including performance metrics, financials, and workflow optimization.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Coordinate clinic scheduling, manage conflicts, and promote operational efficiency.
• Engage in community outreach and business development to drive clinic growth.

Qualifications:
