Clinic Assistant -- Hardick Chiropractic Centre (London, ON)

Job Type: Full-Time (30-40 hrs/week) | Option to Start Part-Time

Applications for part-time work will also be accepted from students currently studying related fields (Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Fitness & Health Promotion).

Schedule: Monday–Friday, staggered shifts (some early mornings/evenings) + occasional weekends for special events

Role Description

As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations, supporting patients, and contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a positive experience
  • Support patient scheduling and clinic communications
  • Guide patients through home exercise education and wellness education

Clinical & Administrative Support

  • Prepare patients for X-rays, assist chiropractors, and manage digital X-ray records
  • Maintain and organize clinical files, inventory, and office operations
  • Assist in managing patient records, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Work in a fast-paced, wellness-focused setting with an experienced team
  • Assist in special events, wellness seminars, and community engagement
  • Participate in ongoing training and development

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
