Job Description

Sandstone Pharmacies Glenmore Landing is seeking a Clinic Administrator. The successful candidate will coordinate patient care between physician offices, pharmacies, and the infusion clinic using multiple software programs. Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to engaging with patients and healthcare providers are essential.

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for all key stakeholders.
  2. Ensure timely completion of patient work-up to optimize patient starts and therapy transitions.
  3. Schedule and coordinate infusion appointments based on treatment plans.
  4. Communicate with patients regarding appointments, instructions, and follow-ups.
  5. Complete patient enrollment for PSPs.
  6. Coordinate services with patients and physician offices.
  7. Monitor patient progress and report concerns to appropriate care team members.
  8. Follow up on pending approvals to prevent treatment delays.
  9. Coordinate with billing teams for proper coding and reimbursement.
  10. Provide compassionate and effective communication with patients and caregivers.
  11. Liaise with pharmacy and RN staff.
  12. Facilitate and complete third-party billing.
Qualifications & Skills

  • Knowledge of infusion therapies, medication names, and treatment protocols is a plus.

  • Previous experience with AHS referral coordination is preferred.
