The Clinic Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting our team and Clinic Management. This role involves assisting with administrative tasks related to scheduling, operational resources, EMR, and communications support. It is a full-time position that requires providing direct treatment in sessions on a hybrid basis (25-75%), balancing administrative support functions.
Education: High school diploma with administrative support experience.
Availability: Monday - Friday (7:30am - 4:30pm), occasional Saturday sessions (9am - 1pm).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain one.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn new systems.
Maintain empathy and promote positive teamwork and communication.
