Due to our success, we are hiring a Climate Change & Carbon Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large infrastructure projects, especially in international airport development or similar complex programs.

This role is based onsite in Toronto, ON.

Your role within the team:

  • Provide climate change and carbon management inputs into resiliency programs, including Net Zero and climate risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with Senior Project Managers and Construction Managers to support project delivery.
  • Partner with the Program Lead to monitor contractor performance and address issues.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Work with contractors to secure permits and manage site logistics for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure work completion aligns with scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and risk protocols.
