We are working closely with our client to identify two CliftonStrengths Facilitators, based in Toronto and Boston, to support on a project basis as independent contractors. In this role, you’ll deliver engaging, results-focused training sessions designed to help teams understand and apply their strengths in meaningful, practical ways.
All training content has already been developed. Prior to each session, the internal team will distribute CliftonStrengths assessment results, which you’ll use to tailor the presentation and facilitation to the group’s unique strengths profiles.
Start Date: July
Session Frequency: 1 to 2 sessions per month (with potential for more in spring and fall)
Lead Time: You’ll receive 1 to 2 months' notice before each session
Session Duration: 2 to 3 hours
Location: Onsite in Boston or Toronto
Experience Required:
The selected contractor will collaborate directly with the client to confirm training dates and facilitate sessions. You must operate as an independent business entity and be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and related expenses.
