Blue Legal are working closely with a leading national accountancy and advisory firm who are seeking a new Clients & Markets Manager to join their exciting Business Development and Marketing team. The primary objectives of the role focus on regional growth by managing relationships, discovering fresh opportunities, overseeing bids, promoting campaigns, managing local data, and organising local events.

The Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with senior stakeholders and decision makers
  • Drive local business development activity that aligns closely with the firmwide business development strategy
  • Maintain and develop relationships with local businesses and intermediaries
  • Managing, planning, hosting and attending local events for the firm
  • Supporting with the bid process end to end
  • Developing local thought leadership programmes and PR content

The Candidate:

  • Business development experience from a professional services background
  • Knowledge of the accountancy profession/industry
  • Experience of bid writing and engaging with clients
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across all levels of the firm
  • Experience with the full Microsoft Suite software
