About the Role

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency. You will:

  • Manage client requests via phone and email, providing seamless, high-touch support
  • Schedule service calls and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely responses
  • Monitor and respond to security events with a calm and professional approach
  • Handle inquiries and problem-solve in real-time, ensuring a smooth client experience
  • Ensure accuracy in scheduling, reporting, and follow-ups, upholding Provident’s service standards

Who You Are

  • Experienced in high-end customer service (hospitality, concierge, or premium retail preferred)
  • A strong communicator, able to engage confidently and professionally with clients
  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in every interaction
  • Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and digital communication tools
