Position Overview

The incumbent provides high-quality client service to the BDC Financing team, resolving core issues, preparing client proposals and relevant documents, obtaining signatures, and following up with clients. The role also includes various administrative tasks and team support.

Challenges to be Met

  • Provide excellent client service, resolving questions and informing senior staff of complex cases.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to clients, ensuring policy compliance.
  • Prepare client letters and proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify funding opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Conduct pre-qualification and risk assessments for clients.
  • Participate in marketing efforts, organize events, and support campaigns.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, college diploma in accounting, or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Financial statement analysis skills (asset).
  • Experience as a payables and receivables clerk (asset).
  • Client service orientation, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Teamwork, creativity, flexibility, and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license (asset).
  • Bilingual in French and English (asset).
