Jackson Hewitt in Halifax is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face for clients in our offices, delivering excellent service and essential support.

You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. This role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a positive customer experience in a welcoming retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
