What is the opportunity?

This role includes client-facing responsibilities, as well as collaboration with KYC, Onboarding, Account Management, Business Management, Sales Coverage and trading desks, etc. This role is multifaceted and involves adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements while working with various stakeholders to optimize the client experience and meet RBC’s high-standards of success.

What will you do?

  • Client Questionnaires: Work with clients and internal stakeholders to complete inbound client questionnaires sent to RBC; Questionnaires must be completed in a timely manner and ongoing communication to clients with updates is critical to the maintenance of strong client/broker relationships.
  • Client Outreach: Lead and manage client outreach initiatives relating to regulatory communications, KYC, desk/product-specific messages to RBC’s broad client population
  • Manage client lifecycle projects across the regional functional teams (KYC, AML, Legal, Operations, IT, Credit, Docs, Risk) to ensure smooth and efficient experience for the client and Sales.
  • Client Contact Management: Provide tailored client contacts for a number of outreach initiatives; Contribute to the maintenance of RBC’s client contact data.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams on projects and ad-hoc requests.
  • Review and comply with Royal Bank of Canada policies applicable to your business activities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance, streamline and automate processes.

What you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field of study
  • Excellent communicator, excel proficiency, strong organizational and time management skills, stakeholder management
  • Capital Markets experience
  • Relationship management experience,
  • Client management experience,
  • Basic data management competencies,

Nice-to-have

  • CSC Certification
  • Capital Markets experience
