We are seeking an experienced Client Success Specialist to join our diverse team passionate about advancing the real estate industry through innovative technology and solving industry challenges.

What you'll do :

  • Manage developer campaigns from post-sale to completion, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Ensure each campaign meets or exceeds KPIs.
  • Provide training to clients' teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify leaks, and implement fixes.
  • Develop strategies and action plans to improve campaign outcomes.

What you should have :

  • Strong analytical skills based on data-driven insights.
  • Attention to detail and proactive client needs analysis.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • 2-4 years of experience in client success, business intelligence, consulting, project management, product marketing, or similar roles.
  • Project management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
