Client Success Specialist - No cold calling - Entry level Globe Life - AO is a leading provider of life insurance solutions, committed to helping families protect their financial future and next generation.

We are seeking motivated, client-focused individuals to join our team as Client Success Specialist .

Position Overview : This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for individuals who are driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping others.

As a Client Success Representative, you will work with clients who have expressed interest in life insurance solutions (no cold calling required) and guide them through the process of securing the coverage they need.

Key Responsibilities : Work with pre-qualified leads and inquiries from potential clients—N o cold calling!

Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable life insurance solutions.

Assist clients with policy applications, answer questions, and provide ongoing support throughout the process.

Educate clients on the benefits of life insurance and tailor solutions to their individual circumstances.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential referrals.

Qualifications : Comfortable working in a home office or remote environment with a reliable internet connection.

Positive, coachable attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Goal-driven and self-motivated to succeed in a commission-based role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently while remaining part of a supportive, virtual team.

Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
