Stride Consulting is looking for a Client Success Manager – Research Security to support academic institutions in Canada. This role involves leading client engagements, ensuring the adoption of research security practices, and driving measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess experience in client-facing roles within a university context, strong communication skills, and be able to travel as required.

As a Client Success Manager – Research Security, you will support academic institutions and research clients in Canada, helping them implement and scale research security programs using Strider’s unique tools and insights. You will bring subject-matter expertise in university research operations and deliver client engagement strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
