Must Have
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships while proactively identifying growth opportunities.

Experience: 2+ years of digital marketing / affiliate marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing and client relationship management.

Your Role

Manage and grow client relationships by executing data-driven performance marketing strategies that exceed customer acquisition goals while ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Outcomes (Performance Expectations)
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, balancing client demands with internal company goals and priorities.
  • Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding profitability targets within the first 6 months.
  • Client Onboarding: Own the onboarding experience to decrease time-to-launch by leveraging strong internal coordination across Sales and Operations.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client KPIs.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly campaign updates with clear insights tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real-time, using findings to drive better outcomes across client portfolios.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends with understanding of affiliate marketing, user acquisition strategies, and familiarity with tracking platforms/tools (e.g., Everflow, Tune, HasOffers, Looker are a plus).
