Overview

As a Growth & Customer Success Coordinator, you’ll support client success while learning how strategy turns into measurable results. You’ll work closely with senior team members across SEO, Paid Media, and Creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and ongoing communication
• Assist in building and executing digital marketing strategies (SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Web)
• Help track campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools
• Participate in client performance calls and internal strategy discussions
• Coordinate tasks between internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Learn how KPIs, budgets, and growth metrics are managed
• Develop strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

This role is designed to grow into a strategist or account manager position over time.

Qualifications

• A recent graduate (Business degree is the preferred field)
• Curious about digital marketing, growth strategy, and analytics
• Comfortable with numbers, data, and learning new tools
• Organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership
