Together Software, now part of Absorb Software, is a leading mentorship platform that helps organizations build meaningful employee development programs. With this exciting growth, we’re hiring a Client Success Manager to join our team!

As a Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless onboarding and success of our Enterprise and strategic clients for our Together product. We’re seeking a dynamic problem-solver with exceptional project management skills, a client-first attitude, and a talent for driving results. Success is measured by delivering seamless implementations, fostering long-term client partnerships, and ensuring high platform adoption rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact from onboarding through post-launch, guiding Enterprise customers through the successful launch of their first (60 day target) and subsequent programs.
  • Oversee onboarding projects for complex, multi-stakeholder Enterprise clients, delivering customized solutions to meet unique business needs and drive early adoption.
  • Conduct platform walkthroughs, build workshops, and deliver expert-level training to empower clients to adopt Together.
  • Provide ongoing training, reporting, and support for new admins and program managers to drive adoption and usage across the customer journey.
  • Champion continuous improvement while identifying and implementing best practices that enhance the customer journey and internal processes.
  • Mentor team members on Customer Success strategies and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Manage advanced API integrations, data imports/exports, and understand the full technology stack.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks through strategic planning and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in software implementation, Customer Success, or related customer-facing roles.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise software implementation and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with APIs, SaaS, and cloud technologies.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptability to diverse client needs.

Additional preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of mentorship programs and talent development.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, our chosen CRM platform.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
