What you'll be doing
- What We Need: Corpay is seeking a Client Success Account Manager in Vancouver, Canada, within our PayByPhone division. You will oversee client relationships to retain, renew, and grow accounts, working closely with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for transaction volume, parking portfolio, and product upselling growth. Maintaining strong client relationships is key for contract renewals, increased adoption, and positive references. You will report to the Director of Client Success and support projects within NA Markets.
- How We Work: This role is remote. We provide a dedicated workspace, company equipment, remote access, and training.
- Role Responsibilities: Manage client contracts and negotiations, analyze client data, evaluate hardware options, collaborate on marketing campaigns, upsell products, maintain Salesforce records, coordinate with support and sales teams, and suggest process improvements.
- Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree preferred; significant client relationship experience; ability to upsell; manage client accounts; maintain Salesforce data.
Salary range: CAD 60,000 - 68,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
